Alexandria (“Alex”) Harris' background is in organizational turnarounds. She has a knack for transforming organizations during high moments of stress or crisis.

Alex is a lawyer, entrepreneur, and organization founder and leader, who has launched many organizations. Alex uses her background as an employment lawyer and empathetic leader to inform her programming and leadership. She is a person who organizations call when they are experiencing crises and she is known for creating work environments (both in-person and remotely) where people truly desire to bring their “whole selves” and grow their careers. 

Alex practiced corporate law for nearly a decade. She left the law to become a social entrepreneur, founded two schools, and has since helped organizations around the world scale. She earned a B.A. from Spelman College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
