Alexandria (“Alex”) Harris' background is in organizational turnarounds. She has a knack for transforming organizations during high moments of stress or crisis.

Alex is a lawyer, entrepreneur, and organization founder and leader, who has launched many organizations. Alex uses her background as an employment lawyer and empathetic leader to inform her Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging programming and leadership. She is a person who organizations call when they are experiencing crises and she is known for creating work environments (both in-person and remotely) where people truly desire to bring their “whole selves” and grow their careers. 

Alex practiced corporate law for nearly a decade. She left the law to become a social entrepreneur, founded two schools, and has since helped organizations around the world scale. She earned a B.A. from Spelman College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
